Course Description

This course will provide students with experience in creating
images and designs using computer graphics, design and drawing
programs. Topics will include graphic design, illustration, image
manipulation, image processing, and 3D graphics. Students will
combine these elements in a variety of projects to create original
designs.

Accenting color affect/add clouds

In my picture I thought it would look cool to accentuate the colors of New Years Eve and the ball that dropped in NYC. I also added clouds to the sky to help accent the color. I accentuated the colors by adding a new layer. Then copy and paste it, then you have to brighten and contrast the colors. To add clouds you have to duplicate the layer then go to edit, render ,add clouds then erase what clouds you don’t want .

    Your technique for creating more vibrant colors is definitely a good one. Another one you can try which I use a lot is 'Replace Color'. This way you could choose specific colors such as the red and even brighten the red in the Dunkin Donuts sign at the same time as editing the red toshiba.
